WHAT HAS GONE BEFORE
To younger ears
the sounds JDA that paint over dried colors of sound do not matter in their similarity. My son,
while listening to JDA's 'Sleepyhead,' was humming away to its catch. He, of course, has never been
so exposed to Harry Nillson that he would pick up on the influence. All this being equal, JDA produces
and writes some memorable tunes, even if they bring to memory others like them."

With the artistic success of A Fine Time, JDA created
a collection of esoteric, yet accessable songs.
JDA returns with THROUGH A MOVING WINDOW, having grown musically, and with
a new collection of songs, each unique and special, yet somehow linked to each other.
Fueled by a concept that life is
an ever changing panorama, the moving windows of our lives often merge, allowing experiences to coalesce, almost photgraphical

BACK IN 2000 when we recorded this cd we wrote a tune called WHO
SHE WAS, and by a happy accident that is toolog a story to relate here, we also wrote FOR A MOMENT SHE BELIEVES. these 2 songs
are very similar musically, and infact sort of book-end the cd, in that the former is the 2nd song and the latter is the
last song. Here for the first time is a mix of the 2 together...

In totality, this album brings to my mind an image that is both stellar
and earthly . . . that angels have descended to Earth and taken up
sacrificing their divinity to fully enjoy all that being human
has to offer.
like this album . . . so
much so that I will give my strongest
recommendation: if you love rock, you must
own this album.

return once again to present more great music in what has become an established

strong tradition that JDA, now THE JDA PROJECT has presented
in the past.
We never pigeonhole ourselves stylistically, which may or may not be mistake, but there is nothing
contrived when we record and write.
This disk, our 4th, is simply a collection of individual
tunes, unrelated to each other, and covering a variety of moods, but in a more generally laid back style, bluesy, melancholy
at times, but I think we executed each song well. The hardest part was to select the running order.
think if you listen to it in the right situation, in subdued lighting, and just let it move over you, you'll get it. especially
with headphones....anyway, I hope so."
